Can I get a refund once I have paid?
All of our products and services are non-refundable. Once you have downloaded your product, you cannot receive a refund. if you schedule a service, you can cancel 24 hrs. in advance with no charge; last-minute cancellations will be charged a booking fee. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen events, please reach out so we can help.
What if I do not get results?
Our comprehensive guides and programs or designed, tried, and tested with optimal results in mind. Every program has been tested by individuals who wanted results, and we have been curating and perfecting our programs for 15 months.
What if I have a medical condition? can I still do your programs?
I recommend always discussing any change in diet and lifestyle with your primary care physician or medical professional beforehand. None of our plans and programs should be construed as a medical diagnosis or prescription.
My child struggles with disordered eating. Can you still work with them?
Yes, I am educated and experienced working with teens and young adults who struggle with disordered eating, binge eating disorder, and restrictive eating. I do not work with those who have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa.
